In April of 2015, Andrew returned to World Impact and joined TUMI International as the Director of Ministry Support. Andrew oversaw TUMI’s web-based support systems and also helped design, maintain, and update all administrative and ministry support systems.  In August of 2017, he accepted the role as TUMI's Executive Director of Operations.
 
Andrew Lee joined World Impact in August of 2002 as an urban missionary in Chester, PA as the math and science teacher at the Frederick Douglass Christian School. During his 11 years in Chester, he served as the Ministry Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator, a member of the Highland House church plant team, Interim Church Plant Team leader, and the Project Manager for the Grace Dental Clinic . In 2007, Andrew founded and became the first site coordinator for The Urban Ministry Institute - Chester, which expanded in to the State Correctional Institute of Chester in 2010. In August of 2010, Andrew was appointed as the City Director for World Impact Chester ministry. Andrew left World Impact in October 2013 and joined Prison Fellowship as their Field Director for the Mid-Atlantic Region. 
 
Andrew has a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and was attending Virginia Tech pursuing his Masters in Mechanical Engineering when God called him to urban ministry. 
 
Andrew enjoys sharing what God has taught him over the years in ministry and believes that God has a great vision for the poor and incarcerated to do great things for His Kingdom. He married his wife, Karen on October of 2008 and have a son named Christopher and a daughter named Karis. Andrew lives near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
