This workshop surveys the NT history of Jesus of Nazareth, from his pre-existent glory to his ascension recorded in Acts. Jesus is the Scripture’s theme, hermeneutical center, and overall subject matter. We concentrate on how mastering the Gospels can enable us to communicate Christ clearly and cross-culturally in the city. See how the mastery of Jesus’ his life and ministry can enhance every dimension of urban church life and mission!
This course may be applied toward Biblical Studies or Theology and Ethics. This course originally was part of our Upper Room Workshop series, TUMI course # B2-403.
