Evangel Dean Coach
Luke and Gretchen Raughley met at Penn State University at InterVarsity. A few years after being married they joined World Impact in 1998 and started serving in the Philadelphia area at the World Impact's Chester PA location. Luke has been involved in a variety of roles from youth ministry, church planter, city director, etc. From Pennsylvania to California and a few stops in between. Gretchen has provided much needed administrative, logistical support and planning coordinating many events and activities. Luke & Gretchen Raughley are missionaries with World Impact currently serving in Newark, NJ.
World Impact empowers urban leaders and partners with local churches to reach their cities with the gospel. Luke's passion is to see the church grow and thrive as God intends which is embodied by his role as a Dean of the Evangel School of Church Planting and as an Evangel School of Church Planting Dean Coach. After 20 plus years of ministry he's seen the need for trained leaders firsthand and through church planting efforts and The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI) he's contributing toward the advancement of God's kingdom both locally in NJ, but also regionally in the Northeast as well as serving many of our international ministry partners around the globe.
