Field Representative
Kris is the Ministry Coordinator for World Impact in Denver, Colorado. She worships and fellowships at South Fellowship Church (her home away from home) in Littleton.
Since accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1976, Kris’s passion has been to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with as many people as possible and to encourage them in their walk with Him. Through her many life experiences in walking with the Lord, He has called her as a servant into all types of ministry--women’s ministry, singles ministry, church youth ministry, AWANA, Young Life, Alpha, and more. She has had the blessed opportunity to lead many to Christ.
Kris is also an Ordained Chaplain and Counselor and has volunteered with prison ministries for several years, most notably with Prison Fellowship and Kairos Prison Ministry.
In 2003, Kris graduated from Regis University Denver with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication. She retired in 2013 after being a technical writer for over 20 years.
Bored by retirement, Kris joined Mike Dicke on the Denver TUMI team in October 2013. She considers using her skills and talents for the Lord (instead of for a corporation) as her “ultimate dream job.” Kris specializes in leading prison TUMI Capstone classes in partnership with Prison Fellowship. Currently she mentors at both a men’s and women’s prison in the Denver area.
Kris is single (divorced) and has two adult, married children. For relaxation, Kris enjoys anything that involves spending time with family (especially her three grandchildren) and with friends. She owns a 21-foot pull camper, belongs to an RV club, and enjoys camping with them in Colorado state parks. She also enjoys the arts such as reading; going to movies, concerts, and theatre; and visiting local art shows and museums.
